“Corey is a wonderful, loving and attentive sitter. Her communication skills are outstanding and we had daily messages and updates regarding our gorgeous Evie. She went above and beyond and took Evie to the vet and she needed teeth removed while we were away, she was in pain and Corey knew something wasn’t right. We had a totally worry-free trip thanks to Corey’s attention and communication. We are so thankful and would ask Corey to take care of our doggo and home (which was immaculate when we returned) in a heartbeat! Many many thanks Corey!”

Corey did a wonderful job of looking after our boy Jazz as we were away out my brother's 80th birthday party in ChCh... sadly after returning from the Vets on Thursday afternoon, he slipped back into heart defibrillation and Corey took him into the after hours vet where he went downhill fast ...Corey kept us totally in the loop via WhatsApp but just as we were agreeing to ending it all, Corey talked to him and he sparked up and wondered off around the clinic as though nothing was happening ... so Corey said she would take him home and looked after him till our vets at Halifax Clinic got in at 8 am on Friday morning .... she stayed awake all night with a restless Jazz , watched 3 James Bond films on Netflix. Above and beyond ... She took Jazz in and left him in great care with our vets Friday morning keeping us well informed .. sadly Jazz passed away on Saturday morning with congestive heart failure... our hearts were broken and so was Corey's ... She stayed on in the house till Monday and fed the Tui's , Wax Eyes and Bellbirds and when we made it back from Christchurch on Tuesday, we picked up Jazz from the vets they complemented her on her care and attention that she gave our boy. We brought him home one final time to find a lovely little memorial in the kitchen from Corey to celebrate her time with him ... she took the pictures on Wednesday before he fell ill and had them printed and framed plus flowers and a lovely poem ... made a hard time so much easier... above and beyond .... You could not ask for a more caring pet sitter to come and look after your fur baby in your home... thank you Corey .... friend for life ! And Pawshake were also amazing in our hour of grief ... a great service.”

“Corey came to look after our three dogs. We have a husky, and two miniature pinschers. She did a great job and the dogs loved her! While we were away she sent us videos, texts and photos to keep us updated on how the dogs were going. It was nice to know they were contented and happy at home with Corey taking care of everything. We came back to our house sparkling clean, and Corey had done a lot of vacuuming due to our husky Rahma moulting over the whole house. She did some training while she was here too, and the dogs were all noticeably more well-behaved. Corey goes above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of everything. She even had to deal with a power outage while we were away. We would love to have her back any time to house-sit for us. We now realise why she is often booked up well in advance!!”

Corey has gained the trust of my two cats and that with both of them being timid and shy, as well as having had some upsetting experience in the past, this means everything! Both cats were are very relaxed and at ease with Corey there and it makes all the difference to me knowing they are as happy as can be. Corey is absolutely conscientious and I know my animals are safe and in the best of hands with her. She also pays attention to details regarding the home, i.e. after contacting me she closed the curtains for the night and opened them again in the morning to keep the warmth in (cold season). On my return both cats looked great, happy and relaxed. The house felt lovely and it was absolutely tidy. A heartfelt Thank You to Corey!!! You are simply wonderful as a person and as a Pet Sitter.     “Corey was absolutely amazing, from the moment we booked her to the moment she left after looking after our beloved Flynn for the weekend her competence and delightful friendly manner was superb. We never expected to feel so at ease with leaving our 10 month Labradoodle Flynn with someone we didn’t know as we had not left him before. But any anxiety rapidly disappeared as Flynn instantly was relaxed and happy with Corey. We were kept updated all weekend with regular photos and videos and when we came home Flynn was so very content and had a fun filled weekend and our house was as neat as a pin. Corey is thoughtful, friendly and so very caring and competent with dogs we were just so super happy with her pet sitting that we are booking another trip away so Flynn can spend time with Corey again!”
